My short film BREATHE was launched online as a Short Of The Week and immediately became a Vimeo Staff Pick. 150K views and it’s still going strong. It’s attracted a lot of attention and landed me representation both in LA (Management 360) and the UK (Curtis Brown). It’s now being developed as a feature.
Work this year has included the Money Quiz campaign for Nat West/M&C Saatchi – The teaser featuring Rachel Riley hit an impressive 3.7 million views online.
I’m also really pleased to be completing the 3rd of a series of drama films for British Airways. This transformation campaign involved using real BA employees to play all the leading parts – A challenging yet fantastic experience.
It’s been a busy end to the year shooting a big change campaign for HSBC Global in Hong Kong and London. It was a great experience and the chance to make a couple of really powerful films.
Deloitte Cyber Security hit over 100k veiws online and added to it’s awards haul with a Silver Dolphin at Cannes.
Breathe gets a second wind to its festival run with upcoming competition screenings at Lund Fantastic Film Festival, Brest Short Film Festival and Leeds Int Film Festival.
Awards season and my films for British Airways and Deloitte have picked up a total of 8 awards at the IVCAs and New York Festivals, including a Gold for Direction – Stunned!
Big news for LOT254 which was released online and is a VIMEO STAFF PICK which led to thousands of views and strong interest from the States in my current feature film projects.
All in all a brilliant start to the year.
A good start to the new year with films for Henderson and a drama for AIB in Ireland.
Breathe is still going strong playing at the BFI as part of their Gothic season as well as the Oscar qualifying Leuven Short Film Festival.

An incredibly busy month ahead shooting films for Fitness First and British Airways.
BREATHE has been accepted in the official competition at Sitges Int Film Fest as well as several other fests and LOT254 is still going strong on the festival circuit having just been accepted into Leeds Intl Film Fest. Between them the two films play in a total of 10 festivals in the next month or so.

My new short BREATHE – A ghost story about a girl who only appears when you hold your breath is completed. It has excellent performances from the fantastic Josef Altin and newcomer Jack North and will have it’s premiere at FILM4FRIGHTFEST in August.
That’s two FILM4FRIGHTFEST premieres in two years!!
I’m in the final edit stages of completing my first film for an airline, a internal drama for British Airways. A complicated but rewarding production featuring planes,T5 and scores of cast. Hard work but great fun!
LOT254 hasn’t slowed down and has played in competition at the prestigious Shorts Fest Hamburg, Imagine (Amsterdam) and a clutch of other festivals bringing the total now well above 20.
An interesting job directing the live action elements of a rotoscope animation. High contrast lighting with a fast shutter made to look fantastic by Simon Tubbs.
LOT254 continues on it’s festival run with screenings at the Landshuter FIlm Festival and the ever popular Night Of Horror down under in Sydney.

LOT254′s success continues as it beats very strong competition to win ‘Best Midnight Film’ at the London Short Film Festival. It’s second major award.
Cyber Crime Evolved, a film I directed for Deloitte has gone online here . It features Vaz Blackwood (Lock Stock) and Joe Absolom (Doc Martin,Hatfields & McCoys) and has clocked up a very acceptable 20k plus views in two weeks.

The Festival de Cinema De Terror De Molins de Rei is located near Barcelona in Catalonia and is a well respected festival that has run for an impressive 31 years. A big thank you to the Festival for screening our film and to the judges for awarding us the best short film prize.
